By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under the laws of England and Wales (“UK Law”). Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A Contract between the customer and Mike Jones Carpets for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged. Every effort is made to ensure that this does not happen, but in this event we will attempt to contact you before proceeding with the order. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see “Delivery Service” below.

1. Your Right To Cancel

A cancellation will only be accepted when it will not cause loss or cost to this company, otherwise a cost will be incurred.  Please note that once an order for a cut length has been placed, it usually will have been cut within a very short time period.

2. Returns Policy

We will only accept returns if the products supplied were faulty at time of receipt. Notification must be made within 7 days.

3. Payment and Taxes

All prices quote are accurate at the time of estimate and are quoted in UK pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 17.5%.  If you select our delivery and/or fitting service you will be asked to pay on delivery/completion of work.  If you have arranged for delivery by courier, we will require payment 7 days before the delivery date.

4. Delivery Service

Our own delivery service operates within 30 miles of Swadlincote. We aim to deliver in this area within 7-10 days, although this cannot be guaranteed in the busy times of year. Outside of our delivery area we have reliable couriers who can deliver to the rest of mainland UK. Please contact us for quote before placing order. This service is normally only one man and delivery is to front door only. If the goods are in stock our dispatch team will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a delivery date. If they are out of stock, we will contact you when they have arrived with us. All deliveries will require a signature.
